Unusual business model in a metro area - they treat you like they want repeat business and not just the sale for today! Another hidden gem is their service department. Absolutely recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle (new or used), give them a shot!

By far the best experience I've ever had dealing with any new or used car/truck dealership! I've worked at many new & used automotive dealerships for the past 35 years. I was very reluctant to bring my truck down to the Auto House Dealership, simply because I know first hand how much of a hassle it "IS" trying to work out a deal on buying or selling your vehicle. After getting a Kelley Blue Book value on my vehicle, I was contacted by Dan Finn from the Auto House Dealership, and after a couple of emails, Dan offered me a price that I couldn't pass up!! He also honored the price we had discussed once I arrived!! I can't say enough about Dan and the other associates that work there!! Everything was a smooth, fairly easy transaction, with the exception of my lending company, who finally called Dan back after a 30 minute wait!! Other than that, we would have been done within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company!!

After a week of car shopping and dealing with some not so good dealers we were redirected to Auto House by our bank and I must say that our experience here was outstanding! My husband, Walter, and I drove down from Prescott last week and checked out Auto House, which had been highly recommended by our daughter and son-in-law, as they have purchased two vehicles from Auto House. We just went to look but ended up trading in our vehicle and driving home an SUV from Auto House! No one was more surprised than we were, because this was the first used vehicle we have ever purchased! Dan allowed us to take our time looking at all the vehicles; there was no pressure whatsoever put on us; all of the vehicles sold by Auto House are carefully chosen, detailed and in excellent condition. Our experience was such a positive one that we will not hesitate to use or to refer Auto House to others.
Yesterday, my wife and I bought a Ford Expedition at Auto House. The night before I had sent an email to show interest, and Dan Finn replied promptly. The next morning I made an appointment for later that morning. I love the fact that Auto House has their cars in a large indoor parking lot. That's especially welcome in our hot summers. It also keeps the sun and weather from having a negative affect on the cars. Our overall experience was pleasurable, and we got a great vehicle at a fair price. They really do the right thing. I bought a car there, and within 3 days, the AC wasn't working. I told them about it, and they fixed it for me. The employees seem to go above and beyond to help, and I never felt pressured into buying something that wasn't for me.

Buying a used car can kind of be a lets say sketchy process. Yet when I went to visit the Precision Fleet store in Peoria, you don't get that eerie used car guy feeling. Danny Finn did a great job of helping me get to my budget, communicating the paperwork needs, working with the financing. What is great is that they might not have something that day, but they will work WITH you to find a fit for you, not pound a payment into you or ask for more money down, etc etc. All of my coaching collegues should use Dan Finn for their car needs, he been in that business too!

They got me a loan through the same bank that I was already using, and they matched the trade in price from another dealership. . Doesn't get any better that!
Auto House has been absolutely the easiest car buying experience I've had. I routinely purchase cars for my company and dread the process. I found a car online at Auto House and called to confirm the car was still available. When I showed up, it was actually still there. (Not always the case with other dealers). Danny made the process about as painless as it could possibly be. I drove the car, set up the deal and left. I came back the next day and spent about 15 minutes doing paperwork and was out the door with our new ride. Probably less than an hour total. The last time I bought a car at a dealer, I was there 5 hours. Never again. Moving forward, we'll be buying from Precision Fleet.
